Exceptional - Device is in Exceptional condition with our most minimal wear. These used devices will have wear that is not easily seen at first glance. This may include micro-scratching (must be held at the right angle in the light to be seen) and minimal wear on the body that will not be easily seen or felt. Device will be locked to the carrier in the title unless specified otherwise.
Excellent - Device is in excellent cosmetic condition and displays minor wear which may include minor frame wear and some scratching. The wear will not be excessive and will not affect the functionality of the device in any way. Good - Device is in good condition with moderate wear. Device will include some scuffing to the frame/body of the device as well as a few scratches on the glass.Fair - Device will have wear that is visible and more spread throughout the device. This will include scratching and scuffing on the frame/body of the device as well as the glass. Chipped Paint - Device will have discoloring of the laminate under the glass caused by the laminate coming loose under the glass. Body will be in various stages of wear and the best condition of these will be sent first.
Cracked Back - Listing is for one device. Device will have a crack on the back panel of the device, the crack may vary in size and width but will still not affect the functionality of the device.
Device will still be fully functional and have a clean ESN/IMEI. Our goal is to provide quality devices at affordable prices. We provide professional products with personal service.
